Pets are welcome! We love our four-legged family members. We do ask that you please keep them on a leash unless they are staying with you. If you are going to wander somewhere without them, make sure you put them in their kennel. Do not let them run in the house unattended. Please keep them off the furniture and pick up after them to ensure the Ranch is welcoming for future guests.

We do not offer hunting to the public; this is only by invitation to experienced friends and family.

When you choose one of our day or weekend packages, you get access to both venue buildings and the cabin. This is a complete DIY space. Our Quonset barn holds 80 with tables and chairs or 150-175 with chairs only. Our reception barn holds around 150-200 with tables and chairs. 

The cabin is intended for the hosts of the event to stay and experience stress-free event preparation. It sleeps 4-10. The three RV sites on the property are included in the rental, which can be beneficial particularly for out-of-town guests looking to stay on the property.

We’ve compiled a list of recommended places to reserve room blocks for guests of your event below in the Preferred Vendors Accommodations section.

We do not have a liquor license; therefore, we require you to use a licensed bartending company with proof of liability insurance.

In order to stay compliant with health and food sanitation requirements, we require you to use a licensed catering company or restaurant that can show proof of their local health certifications and insurance.  We do allow food trucks as long as they have been approved by their local health department. We have a prep kitchen onsite for them to use. The kitchen in the cabin is not a commercial kitchen and cannot be used to prepare food for any event.

Though we do have a list of preferred vendors that we’ve used in the past or who have been referred to us, you may select your own vendors. We do require that all vendors sign a vendor agreement for each specific event that they participate in on the Ranch and show proof of their liability insurance if required.
